Solutions We Provided
We developed a mobile-friendly website from scratch to showcase the projects. To boost visibility, we partnered with local social influencers who created and shared engaging reels that drove high local engagement. We introduced DM automation campaigns to further increase response rates and improve lead quality. Using Zoho CRM, we managed all leads efficiently and created WhatsApp and E-mail automations.
To launch the Jyoti Greens Phase 2, we created fullpaper and half paper size newspaper ads, which resonated the feeling of owning a home on your own land. This ad. featured a young couple watching their house get constructed on their own land. We chose to re-use the words - Apki to ensure ownership amongst the viewers and then mention Jyoti Greens with Apki to make a connection with the project. Since, the target audience was Hindi speakers we created an ad. in Hindi.
The Results
The campaign built strong brand recognition, generated high-quality leads, and improved engagement and trust among buyers — establishing Jyoti Greens & Jyoti Greens Phase 2 as a standout project in Kanpur’s real estate market.
We generated more than 1000 high quality leads though our marketing efforts which resulted in solid conversions and one of the highest ROI campaigns for our customer and us.
