Problem:
One of our clients in the real estate industry was facing issues in establishing regular engagement with their customers. Furthermore, they were using conventional software to manage their leads.


Solutions:
We introduced Zoho CRM to the client to help manage their leads. We established a pipeline that helped them in defining their lead’s stage correctly. This led to a clear decision making for their sales team.


Furthermore, we integrated Zoho with a WhatsApp tool to send messages automatically which led to more efficiency and ease to the sales team. We even added another layer of communication thorough mails sent via Zoho, every time a lead’s stage was updated.


We launched drip marketing that helped in creating an engagement with the cold leads to turn them warm again.

One of our client makes high quality fittings under their own brand. But since it is a new brand, creating awareness and communication is the key in the B2B category. Being a relatively new brand, getting interested dealers onboard was the challenge presented to us.
