The client is a renowned real estate developer in Kanpur. They have many ongoing projects in the city. For any real estate developer, unsold inventory is the biggest pain point. The interest cost incurred on unsold inventory is a dreadful loss for the developer.

We were presented with a challenge to
- Generate leads for the unsold inventory.

The Process:
The client had been using the services of another agency before us. We were presented with inactive social media handles and an old website with unfunctional features and low loading speeds.
To solve the crisis, we started with a hands-on approach by executing the following:
Make a marketing funnel to fuel the growth in leads.
- (a) Revamped the website to a more aesthetic website with built-in automation tools such that
- (i) All the interested parties in their plots and flats has to fill a form to download the brochure.
- (ii) The interested party got a confirmation mail that their enquiry has been received.
- (iii) The client were notified on mails about the interested leads.
- (iv) We had built a form to increase resume intakes for interest job-seekrs in their comapny.
- (b) Ran facebook & Instagram ads
- (i) The ads we ran on facebook and Instagram not only generated leads but also increased their brand awareness.
